Blue Lagoon, is still one of the easiest kits I have designed. Like the other hessian kits I have, but this time we bring in nice curvy lines of stitches! Coloured burlap or (hessian) as the base with linen gauze to represent the sand, overlocked around the edges to stop it fraying. Using a large eye plastic needle and fabulous yarns, it is simply a matter of threading the yarn through the hessian with the large eyed plastic needle. This one would be great for you to introduce children to the joy of sewing whilst they create their own unique art work . Never sewn before? It doesn’t matter, as it is super easy. It comes with a 8 x 10” picture mount mat board with a 5 x 7” cut-out ready to show off your work.
